Tender description

The Contracting Authority is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of a Delegate Audio System. This RFT addresses the first phase of implementing a replacement AV system. The successful tenderer will deliver this phase to include: • Removal and disposal of existing audio hardware • Installation of Delegate Audio System (DAS) solution within two primary public meeting rooms • Training of in-house ICT Team who will subsequently manage the proposed solution after installation and system commissioning. • Support and maintenance over the Contract Term
