Peaks Parkway Environmental Wall Repair

Tender description

From a recent defect survey multiple significant defects were found on Peaks Parkway Environmental Walls that warrant repair works to be carried out. The walls were found to have closed expansion joints, which led to wall crushing and the development of vertical and horizontal cracks. There were several areas of the wall found to have loose or missing bricks/coping. Therefore, the expansion joints of the wall will need to be cut wider. Some general repair of brick work such as repointing and crack grinding will also be required.
