Tender description

Sixty Bricks Limited is Waltham Forest Council's housing development local authority trading company. The company is seeking an experienced Agent to lead the design and implementation of a successful marketing and sales service for three housing schemes due for completion between March 2021 and March 2022. The service required currently includes the outright sale of c80 units as well as a further 32 shared ownership units on behalf of the Council. There may be scope for more unit sales which will be defined within the full specification. Sixty Bricks requires the Agent to: • Deliver an effective marketing and sales campaign that raises the company's profile • Maximises sales income • Work effectively with Sixty Bricks teams to deliver a seamless process, and, • Deliver a customer focused sales process that secures buyer satisfaction • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the local housing market • Have a physical presence in East London during the sales period Indicative Project Timeline PIN issued 09/03/2020 Selection Questionnaire (SQ) W/C 13/04/2020 Outcome of SQ W/C 04/05/2020 Invitation to Tender (ITT) W/C 04/05/2020 Submission Deadline for ITT W/C 01/06/2020 Contract Award June 2020 Mobilisation July 2020 Please note these timescales are indicative only, London Borough of Waltham Forest reserve the right to change these dates.
