Installation of communal safety flooring and re-decoration to multiple residential sites in Cornwall

Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to install communal safety flooring and re-decoration to multiple residential sites in Cornwall. The contractor will be required to correctly prepare surfaces, supply and install new floor coverings complete with coving skirting system and nosing to all halls, landings and stairs throughout the Communal areas as per the works schedule. This project will be carried out under a JCT minor works contract. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer. The evaluation will be based on 60% Price and 40% Quality.
