Tender description

General refurbishment of Market House, for continued use as an office building for Enniscorthy Municipal District. The original building dates from the late 18th century, with extensive additional work and an additional floor added in the 1940s. The building is 3 storeys with a total floor area of approx 450m2. Proposed works include insertion of new lift, reconfiguration of ground floor, new finishes and fittings throughout, new M&E installation, repair and conservation works.
