Refurbishment of Ground Floor and Fourth Floor at Beech House, Poole

Tender description

Refurbishment of Ground Floor and Fourth Floor at Poole Housing Partnership (PHP), Beech House, 28-30 Wimborne Road, Poole, BH15 2BU. The contract requires works to two separate areas, which are to be phased, within the Ground Floor and Fourth Floor Offices. Provision is to be made for out of hours and weekend working. The Council will make the areas available for the contractor for a maximum period of eight weeks to carry out the specified works. Works to the fourth floor are to be completed no later than the 31 August 2020. Normal service to all areas will continue for the duration of the works. Provision is to be made for a temporary reception facility and safe areas for staff and members of the public to access and wait. All works are to be compliant with Building Regulations and all reference to DDA are to be compliant with Part M volume 2 of the Building Regulations.
