New entrance Lobby for Parkhouse Centre and assocated ext works

Tender description

Bude and Stratton Town council are seeking suitabley qualified contractors to carry out works to the Parkhouse Centre in Bude. The centre provides accommodation/meeting spaces for BSTC and rooms for community and private events.The works include for the demolition of the exiting porch and construction of a new entrance lobby, regrading and resurfacing and area of the existing car park, and other minor works. Tenders will be assessed on price and programme, with works preferably finishing by the start of September. A mandatory programme requirement is that one of the rooms that will be affected by the works (creating a new doorway) must be useable by the start of September irrespective of the overall programme.
