Tender description

The RSA wishes to establish a multi-party framework in 6 lots for provision of learning and development services (the Framework). Tenderers may submit a tender for one, more than one, or all of the lots. The framework under each lot will be established with the top 5 scoring Tenderers (if such number is available). Following establishment of the framework, all contracts awarded under the framework (if any) will be awarded via mini competition pursuant to clause 5 of the framework agreement (attached to this notice as Appendix 7). Further information and instructions in respect of this competition can be found in the attached RFT documents. The L&D Interventions that may be required under Lot 1 include but are not limited to: Assertiveness; Building resilience; Conflict management; Critical thinking; Customer excellence; Dealing with difficult people; Decision making and problem solving; Dignity at work; Diversity and inclusion; Effective business writing; Effective communications; Effective meetings; Influencing skills; Interviewee skills; Minute taking; Negotiation skills; Presentation skills; Report writing; Telephone techniques; Thinking creatively; Time management; Train the trainer. The L&D Interventions that may be drawn under Lot 2 include but are not limited to: Project management – basic/intermediate/advanced level; Contract management; Change management; Introduction to LEAN thinking. The L&D Interventions that may be drawn under Lot 3 include but are not limited to: Freedom of information – an introduction Public procurement GDPR – an introduction The L&D Interventions that may be required under Lot 4 include but are not limited to: Android; Data analytics for beginners; ECDL; MS Dynamics; MS Excel and Excel Online – all levels; MS Office 365 Basics; MS One Drive; MS One Note; MS Outlook – all levels + email and calendar; MS PowerPoint – all levels; MS Project – all levels; MS Publisher – all levels; MS SharePoint and SharePoint Online – all levels; MS Teams; MS Visio – all levels; MS Word and Word Online – All levels; SQL; Tableau; Windows 10. The L&D Interventions that may be drawn under Lot 5 include but are not limited to: The new manager; Introduction to people management skills. The L&D Interventions that may be drawn under Lot 6 include but are not limited to: Coaching for success – the manager as a coach; Individual coaching and mentoring services; Creation of a mentor/mentee programme; Training of internal coaches/mentors.
