We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced developer to develop our new head office building on land that we have acquired in a central Newcastle-upon-Tyne location. Developers are sought who have experience of delivering similar new build commercial projects. The developer will be expected to purchase the land from us, construct the building in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender pack and lease back to us a completed head office building via a 30 year lease agreement. Note: to register interest and obtain a selection questionnaire or for further information please visit www.housingprocurement.com Through this procurement process we are seeking to appoint a developer to develop our new head office building on land that we have acquired in a central Newcastle-upon-Tyne location. The developer will be expected to purchase the land, construct the building in accordance with the designs and requirements specified in the tender documents and lease back to us the completed building via a 30 year lease agreement also included in the document. Interested parties are invited to attend a bidders event to be held in London on 20.1.2020.
