Notification of award of the following: The scope of the telecoms services encompasses service management activities to govern the operations of the telecoms services.Initial provision of corporate mobile, OT M2M, MDM, fixed lines, SIP, IPT, WAN, Unified Communications and internet services. Thames Water reserves the right to include telecoms equipment, satellite and contact centre services and provision of SMS services in scope in the future. Initial provision of corporate mobile, OT M2M, MDM, fixed lines, SIP, IPT, WAN, unified communications and internet services. Thames Water reserves the right to include telecoms equipment, satellite and contact centre services and provision of SMS services in scope in the future. The future supplier is expected to manage a controlled transition of services from the incumbents to minimise risks to business continuity, optimise stranded costs and deliver transformation in the most cost effective and efficient manner. The potential provider is expected to leverage common industry standard solutions and industry best practice to offer best value services to Thames Water. During the term, Thames Water desire the flexibility to benefit from the efficiencies and improvements offered by new and evolving technologies, adapted by the potential provider to offer relevant IT network services to meet Thames Water's business needs. The agreement will be directly with Thames Water but will be managed on our behalf by an agent.
