Tender description

Taunton Parkfield Primary School in Taunton currently has a timber composite fascia cladding which is reaching the end of its life and is now causing issues with leaks into the building fabric in poor weather. As highlighted in the attached specification and schedule of works, this fascia cladding will be replaced around the school with new and there will also be some minor repairs to the building fabric affected by the works, all as per the specification.
