Tender description
De Aanbestedende Dienst is op zoek naar een opdrachtnemer, die in staat is om op basis van ruimtelijke functionele en technische eisen het Erfgooiers College te ontwerpen, realiseren, te onderhouden en energievolumes en -kosten t.b.v. de gebouw gebonden energie te garanderen. Het binnen de uitgangspunten en kaders realiseren van het project Erfgooiers College te Huizen, bestaande uit nieuwbouw en renovatie/ verbouw/ verduurzaming, groot ca. 6 600 m2 bvo. Het richtinggevende budget bedraagt EUR 9 140 000,- excl. BTW. Van elke Inschrijver wordt verwacht dat zij bij inschrijving de aanvullende opties gasloos en energieneutraal inzichtelijk maakt zowel qua investering als ook in exploitatie. Het beschikbare exploitatiebudget bedraagt EUR 165 290,- / jaar excl. BTW (prijspeil 2018).
