Tender description

MAG Airport Ltd intends to put in place a Major Capital Works Framework for use by MAG entities including but not limited to Manchester Airport, East Midlands Airport and London Stansted Airport. The works to be covered by this procurement will be divided into lots. There are 3nr disciplines, Civil Construction Works; New Build and Fit Out Construction Works; Refurbishment Works divided into twelve (12) lots in total, based on value bands and location. See Attachment 1 for lot structure. This lot is for general civil construction work in an airport environment within the North of the UK including East Midlands Airport and Manchester Airport. Works within this lot are valued between 3 000 000 — 10 000 000 per project. This lot is for general civil construction work in an airport environment within the South of UK, including London Stansted Airport. Works within this lot are valued between 3 000 000 GBP — 10 000 000 GBP per project. This lot is for general civil construction work in an airport environment within the North of UK, including East Midlands Airport and Manchester Airport. Works within this lot are valued greater than 10 000 000 GBP per project. This lot is for general civil construction work in an airport environment within the South of UK, including Stansted Airport. Works within this lot are valued greater than 10 000 000 GBP per project. This lot is for general new build and fit out construction works in an airport environment within the North of the UK including East Midlands Airport and Manchester Airport. Works within this lot are valued between 3 000 000 GBP — 10 000 000 GBP per project. This lot is for general new build and fit out construction works in an airport environment within the South of the UK including Stansted Airport. Works within this lot are valued between 3 000 000 GBP — 10 000 000 GBP per project.
