14 Altham Walk Conversion of House into Flats

Conversion of an existing house at 14 Altham Walk, Morecambe, Lancashire LA4 4UY into 2nr self-contained flats which will be part of Parkside Residential Scheme. Structural installation of beams and pad stones, alteration to external envelop of building, full internal remodelling installation of two number new electrical and gas heating and hot water installations. External works including new drainage run to join existing waste and new wheelchair ramp access ramp to ground floor flat. Identical or equivalent works in the Lancaster City Council area to a very similar residential scheme are planned for the financial year 2019/2020. Separate and upon satisfactory completion of the above works Lancaster City reserves an option (with contractor's agreement) to award an additional contract of work to the successful contractor under the same rates and terms.
