Tender description

The works under this contract are to include for the to appoint a Contractor to carry out general building, painting, decorating and maintenance work within Council owned/occupied buildings in the Bath and North East Somerset area of operations. The key components of the contract are to provide the contractual basis for the following: Maintenance and Alterations – Maintaining, adapting and altering existing premises through planned maintenance or on ‘as required’ circumstances;. New Works – the provision of new building works for new or existing buildings. Painting & Decorating – Internal and external works to new and existing premises. Provision of technical advice.
