Tender description

1. To wire brush and scrape the walls of the boiler room to remove the residual asbestos insulation that has been located. To encapsulate the asbestos pipes at high level where access to strip and clean is not available. 2. To wrap and cut out the redundant and contaminated hot water pipes as indentified and drained by IPS. 3. To generally vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing
