St Ives Road, WSM - property extension (AH-272)

Tender description

The extent of the works comprises demolishing the single storey outside toilet and storeroom block together with the covered link at the rear of the house. The detached Cornish Unit building is to be replaced by a single storey extension to provide a bedroom and accessible wet room together with a link corridor for a disabled child. The works are to be funded by a Disabled Facilities Grant from North Somerset Council. Also included will be drainage works, the construction of a disabled persons ramp, the extension of the services and associated making good. The whole of the works are as shown on the drawing Alliance 91 dated January 2019 and as described in the specification.
