Tender description

The requirement is predominantly for vehicles around high level visits arranged by the Protocol Directorate visits team. However the new tender should allow flexibility for use by other directorates if the need arises. The key requirements are: — chauffeur driven executive saloon cars (e.g. BMW) and multi purpose vehicle (e.g. Mercedes Vianos) for Guest of Government Visits, — supplier must also be able to provide executive coaches at no additional premium for booking, — additional requirement for other chauffeur driven non executive saloon vehicles for our international leaders programme, — drivers must be cleared to SC level — as per the existing contract with the incumbent supplier (Travelhire).
