Quotation for Supply of Ice Creams, Ice Lollies and frozen Confectionary for supply to Sandwell Valley Tearooms

Sandwell Valley are looking for supply ice creams, ice lollies and other frozen confectionary for resale in our Sandwell Valley Country Park Visitor Centres and Tearooms. The period of the contract will be for 3 Years from the Confirmation of award. The annual budget for these confectionaries is between £10,000 and £14,000, dependent on the weather. (with an increase in purchasing throughout the high season.) The main objective is to provide a flexible and simplified solution to ice cream procurement at the park. Orders should be easy to make over the phone (ideally with a low minimum order) Deliveries will need to be regular and easy to arrange. We have three locations that will need to be served. The Sandwell Park Farm Visitor Centre and Tearooms are located in West Bromwich (B71 4BG) the Forge Mill Visitor Centre is located a short 10-minute drive away on the other side of the park at Forge Lane, West Bromwich B71 4SZ The Quotation Document(s) will be made available to suppliers who Express Interest on the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Tendering Portal.
