Tender description

IGB seeks tenders to carry out property valuations on eight of its sites as outlined below. IGB wishes to appoint a suitably qualified independent firm to assess the Open Market Value and Existing Use Value of the properties in its ownership. Valuations are sought to support proposed rearrangements of the subsidiary structure of Bord na gCon group and the valuations are required to meet the requirements governing these arrangements.
