IMPORTANT: This is a Single Stage Open Tender Please respond to both Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and the invitation to Tender (ITT) documents including the Contract Sum Analysis, Form of Tender and ER's requirements. The Works comprise the following: o Standalone building comprising Classroom, Group Room, Store, Lobby & WC of approximately 58m2 either constructed insitu or built partly off site as a prefabricated unit o Alterations to the existing paving o New drainage o Underground service connections to existing building Site Visits: As stated in the Employers Requirements - Visits are to take place during Half Term from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd February 2019
