Tender description

Onward travel coach services to and from Stansted Airport to/from London and other regional cities. The existing contracts with the current suppliers will be extended from October 2018 to the end of January 2019 to allow for sufficient time to carry out this tender as well as provide successful bidders the opportunity to mobilise the new contracts. Operational period to be 24-hours per day, 7 days per week. Frequency of routes to be no more than 30 minutes between each scheduled service during the operational period for London Routes and 2 hours for Regional Routes. For demand responsive transport routes, the frequency and timing of the routes will be determined by the Supplier based upon demand. Routes: The routes operated are to be determined by the bidders.
