Tender description
Rother District Council wishes to procure the services of a lead contractor to oversee the design and installation of a water feature to replace the existing feature which is no longer functioning. The vision and required outcome for the project is a fully operational interactive water feature that neither fails nor uses any mains water over and above the design intention.
