Tender description
University College Cork hereby gives notice to invoke Article 32 of Directive 2014/24/EU (Public Sector)for derogation from tendering for the refurbishment of student accommodation at Victoria Mills 2020 comprising 24 apartments in Blocks A and C including 119 bedrooms, 119 bathrooms and 24 kitchens/living space as well as common circulation space and minor other works and to enter into negotiation to extend the current contract (i.e. refurbishment of student accommodation facility at Victoria Mills comprising 35 No Apartments in Blocks B, D and E in 2019) with the incumbent contractor walls construction who were successful following a restricted tender process. Wall construction also previously completed the Refurbishment of 87 Apartments in Victoria Lodge in 2013 and 2014 and 47 Apartments in University Hall in 2016 both following a restricted tender process.
