Newlon Housing Trust is a highly successful charitable housing association based in north and east London. We work to provide people in housing need with decent and affordable homes and with our group members we help individuals and communities reach their full potential. We currently own or manage over 8 000 affordable homes across north and east London and have plans to develop a further 2 100 by 2023 along with other development opportunities such as joint ventures. We are seeking to establish a valuers framework which will be split into 2 lots. We are seeking to establish a valuers framework and Lot 1 covers indicative, commercial and formal valuations. New build sales, staircasing with updating valuations, re-sales, right to buy/acquire and lease extensions.
