Office Fit Out Works for the Marine Institute

Tender description

The Marine Institute intends to appoint a Main Contractor to deliver the construction and fit out works at Three Park Place. The proposed works comprise the fit-out of circa 155 Sq.m on the 3rd Floor for office accommodation. The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, storage and tea station area. Main building works (shell & core / CAT A works) are complete. The fit out works proposed are to be completed by mid September 2019 to allow occupation by the Marine Institute. Tenderers shall note that other construction / fit-out works on the 3rd floor will be in progress concurrently with the proposed Marine Institute fit-out works.
