HS2 Lot C2/C3 Green Tunnels Precast Main Contract Works (WP200)

Tender description

ABMMat jv is working in partnership with Eiffage Kier jv who have been awarded HS2 main works civils contracts, Lots C2 and C3 under an Early Contractor Involvement contract (ECI). As part of ABMMat jv's involvement it is proposed to establish a facility in Scunthorpe to manufacture precast concrete components for three 'Green Tunnels'. We require a Main Contractor under NEC3 to deliver a 9,500m² precast concrete manufacturing facility with approximately 25,000m² of external storage. Precast Concrete, Structural Steelwork, Mechanical and Electrical Services will be named suppliers selected by the client. Full details and specifications will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender. The exact scoring criteria is currently being developed by ABMMat jv, and shortlisted respondents will be invited to formally tender in due course. Tenders will be scored competitively across a range of criteria, such as, but not limited to: Commercial, Programme, Methodology, HSEQ, Capability and Capacity. ABMMat jv is a joint venture established by ABM Precast Solutions Ltd and Matiére SA to develop, manufacture and install the precast concrete solution proposed for the three 'Green Tunnels' required in C2-C3
