GBC DR - 5 High St Internal Refurbishment

Tender description

This project is to refurbish the interior of 5 High Street, throughout, on all floors (Ground, First and Second floors) to create new offices and communal areas. The works are to include, and not limited to, making good all walls and ceilings (including plaster board / wall lining / suspended ceilings), redecoration, new floor coverings, electrical rewiring (power and lights), plumbing, new kitchenettes and joinery (new fire doors, skirtings etc). Some external works are also included including making good and redecoration.
