Tender description

Hastings Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a highly competent design and build contractor to progress proposals to for the design and construction of a new business centre on the Churchfields Industrial Estate in St Leonards. The objective of the procurement is to deliver a new business centre consisting of up to 29 units on two floors, with a total area of approximately 9892ft2 (919m2) of lettable space, along with the required density of car parking spaces and appropriate landscaping on time, on budget and safely. Please note that at this stage bidders are only required to complete the Selection Questionnaire. All other documents included are for information only.
