Tender description

The works comprise of the demolition of existing houses, blocks of flats and associated structures and the site clearance of two separate sites, the erection of piled reinforced concrete retaining wall structures in part underpinning of high level rear garden walls and associated building structures to the rear of existing houses fronting Boyce’s Street and Upper Cattle Market Street including extensive enabling works, exposing and modifying existing underground utility services in public roadways outside the curtilage of the sites themselves and the installation on completion of two separate building compounds with permanent site hoardings both to be used for future construction works/building contracts all executed in a "live" City Centre built-up up environment in full occupation and use with public roadways and dwellings all round as indicated on the Design Team Drawings, Specifications and other documents which make up the Works Requirements.
