Planned Refurbishment Programmes of Works to Social Housing Properties within Blackpool (BCH)

Tender description

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is Blackpool Council’s agent for the management of the planned maintenance programmes on the social housing stock. This includes building works necessary to keep the stock in good condition and structurally sound. Work typically comprises larger scale refurbishment programmes including re-pointing, rendering, windows and doors replacements, fencing, replacement rainwater goods, fascias and soffits and asbestos removal. Roofing work is not included in this tender.
