Tender description
Refurbishment of Neville Hall. The works will comprise the major internal and external refurbishment of Neville Hall, which is a Grade II listed building in Newcastle upon Tyne. It has been the home of the North of England Institute of Mining and Mechanical Engineers (NEIMME) since 1852. More details are provided in the procurement documents. The cost of the works is expected to be approximately 5 000 000 GBP (excluding VAT) and expected to be undertaken between August 2019 and August 2020. Funding for the project has been sourced from a number of donors together with significant match funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
