Tender description

The works under this contract are to include for the appointment of one or more contractors to carry out general building, painting, decorating and maintenance work within Council owned/occupied buildings in the Bath and North East Somerset area of operations. The key components of the contract are to provide but not limited to for the following: — maintenance and alterations: maintaining, adapting and altering existing premises through planned maintenance or on ‘as required’ circumstances, — new works: the provision of new building works for new or existing buildings, — painting and decorating: internal and external works to new and existing premises. Provision of free technical advice, — full range of major building services. This PIN is to notify the market that a market engagement session will be held in central Bath week commencing 18th February. In order to ensure that the council complies with regulations under Section 20, of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 appropriate notification will be issued.
