Tender description
Following on from the Prior Information Notice ("PIN") (TED reference 2017/S 232-483182), the National Treasury Management Agency, describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency, acting for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government ("DHPLG") (as Sanctioning Authority) and Cork County Council ("CCC") (as Sponsoring Agency), intends to procure the Social Housing Bundle 2 ("the Project") to design, build, finance, operate and maintain eight social housing sites located in the counties of Cork, Waterford, Clare, Galway, Roscommon and Kildare . It is expected that the project will have an ex VAT capital value of €100 million and will be procured under a single PPP contract using the competitive dialogue procedure.
