Tender description

The successful contractor will: 1. Complete the remainder of the internal strip out, demolition and clearance works already substantially undertaken with H&S File information from previous such strip out available; 2. Lay new tanked and underfloor heating flooring finishes in compliance with the specification; 3. Apply Walls / Masonry and Sundry Items; 4. Apply wall and floor tanking system in accordance with the general specification; 5. Ceiling Renewal; 6. Mechanical and Electrical - allow for supply and installation of Dale Sauna fitments (under named specialist supply Contract); 7. Finishes - decorate all internal walls and ceilings; 8. Fixtures and Fittings 9. Supply and install laminated panel surrounds to the Sauna and Steam room doors. The successful contractors must deliver a compliant design interpretation to the specification.
