Tender description

Cherwell District Council are seeking to procure a new finance service to replace their current contract which is due to expire on 31.3.2021. Tenderers are invited to respond to this OJEU advert and the accompanying detailed specification which includes full details of the expected functionality of the new service, the implemetation and transition timetable and the technical specification. The contract start date is targetted to be 26.3.2020 and the initial term will be 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years in aggregate. Transition from the current contract to the new contract provided by this procurement is due to be completed by 31.3.2021. Full details of the Councils requirements and intended contract are attached to this procurement invite.
