Tender description

SUCCESSFUL TENDERERS Colm's Wrapit Construction Ltd., Stonepave and Kiltealy Electrical Services RTÉ are seeking tenders to build the new Fair City outdoor set in the RTÉ campus in Donnybrook. The set is basically a 1:1 scale model of the external buildings used in the show. The set primarily consists of streetscape with facades constructed from cementitious board mounted on steel members. There will also be a set which is designated as a building by Planners and will therefore meet fire certification, DAC, BCAR etc. A separate tender will be run by RTÉ for the Set Dressing for the new Fair City outdoor set.
