The work generally consists of the replacement of existing doors, windows, dome & velux roof lights, providing passive (tricle) vents to new windows, including roof dome light and velux roof lights, including for all breaking out and disposal of existing windows, doors, dome and velux roof lights, associated flasdhings replacing all flashings to windows, replacement plastered reveals, sealing and making good of all openings on completion of installations. Connecting new window opening sashes to existing window actuators, including for replaceing actuators as necessary to operate new opening window sashes.
