Part A – Loraine Road London Borough of Hounslow is seeking to undertake the conversion of the properties back into 20 self-contained houses for general needs social rented housing stock. Part B - Hamilton House Lon The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking to create 4no. dwellings. This will be achieved by infilling the undercroft area with 3no. new one-bedroom apartments and 1no. duplex dwelling over two floors. The undercroft space is not adequately used at present. The single duplex dwelling is to be located within a void mezzanine space which has been unused for over 20 years. The creation of new dwellings is to help London Borough of Hounslow’s 5,000 pledge to provide new homes for social housing.
