Brief Description of Requirement The surface building situated in the Boulby mines requires a number of refurbishments to modernize the surface building area. The areas that will be affected by this refurbishment are as follows; Storage room, Laboratory, Visitor's Office, Scientist's office, Kitchen, Conference room, Main Office, Hallway, Male Changing room and Female Changing room. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
