The University of Portsmouth has appointed a fulfilment supplier to work directly with the printing services and marketing campaigns teams within the marketing and communications department, and other departments. The University of Portsmouth has appointed a fulfilment supplier to working directly with the printing services and marketing campaigns teams within the marketing and communications department, and other departments. The successful supplier must have the service provision to deliver targeted small mailing campaigns through to larger direct mail and doordrop, coupled with fulfilment activity covering prospectuses and pick and pack requirements. All mailing and fulfilment activity is to be underpinned by a proven data management information solution. This data management solution is to securely receive data (including via API feed), process, and append mailing data, and return to University CRM systems, providing dynamic reporting tools to the University across all mailing and fulfilment activity. This service provision is to be supported by proven business processes, across operational account management, quality assurance and data management.
