Following a procurement, Hertfordshire County Council has awarded a contract for the Provision of Superfast Broadband in Hertfordshire. This is an award notice and this opportunity is now closed. The estimated total value of the contract is £11,000,000.00 and is the original estimated value of the full procurement, however the awarded value for this award notice is likely to be under this amount, as Lots 1 and 3 have not been awarded. The contract will remain in force for between 9 and 11 years, comprising a build period of an initial core term of 2 years, with the option to extend the build period for period(s) up to a maximum further 2 years, at the Council's sole discretion.
