Tender description

Contractor(s) to a Road Restraint Systems Framework Agreement (Framework). The estimated value through the Framework is not guaranteed and is dependent on budgets made available to the Employer. The proposed Framework period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance. The Contract start date is the 1st November 2018. The Employer intends to appoint up to 3nr (three) Contractors to the framework. Work awarded through the Framework will be as follows: • Very high priority repairs to the Employers safety barrier asset to be carried out within 7 days of notification. • High priority repairs to the Employers safety barrier asset to be carried out within 21 days of notification. • Planned repairs to the Employers safety barrier asset where sufficient time exists to generate a programme of work.
