Tender description
The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking tender submissions for the supply only; installation only; or supply and installation of new passenger benches, bins and seating in several of its bus stations across the West Midlands area. The bus stations concerned are as follows: Coventry Pool Meadow Wolverhampton West Bromwich Stourbridge Interchange Halesowen Wednesbury Bilston Cradley Heath In order to access the tender documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_719 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes to do so. Please see the Specification outlining further details of the requirement and please note that the contract for this project will be based on the Agreement which is also included. Bids are being assessed on the basis of 30% quality and 70% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope will go on to have their tenders evaluated. Please submit your responses to the quality questions in the Technical Envelope, input your prices in the Commercial Envelope and please complete and provide all the details required in the Qualification Envelope of BravoSolution. Please submit all responses by the tender deadline which is 1200 noon on Monday 16th December 2019 and the deadline for any clarification questions, via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Wednesday 11th December 2019.
