Tender description

A suitably qualified, experienced and competent contractor is required to carry out mechanical and electrical services to the housing executive's offices and DLO depots. the assets covered by this contract are within the South region of Northern Ireland and will also include a number of properties within Belfast. The successful economic operator shall be responsible for ensuring the housing executive meets its statutory obligation as a landlord by carrying out all necessary activities including, but not limited to: servicing, inspections, preventative/responsive maintenance and to carry out minor tasks/repairs in respect of the employer’s specialist mechanical and electrical service installations and equipment. The successful economic operator will be expected to foster and maintain cooperative working relationships with the Housing Executive and its customers and must be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (366 in leap year).
