Contract 56 Responsive Repairs - Insulation & Extraction 2019-2021

Tender description

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of its Insulation & Extraction - Responsive Works (the Works) to assist with the delivery of the Authority's responsive repairs plan. The Framework arrangement will consist of an initial term of 1 years, plus 1. The value is based on the full duration of the Contract should it be extended, the Authority does not guarantee any orders or works for this Contract. Further information can obtained after expressing an interest in this opportunity and then suppliers can gain access to the Tender documents. The deadline for Tender responses is before 12:00 noon on 30th August 2019 and must be via this NEPO Portal. Additional information: The initial contract is for twelve months with an option to extend for a further twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders. The vales is based on the full duration of the Contract should it be extended using the last 12 months historical information. There is no guarantee of orders or works by the Authority for this Contract.
