The works required are small jobs and examples of the typical works that this contract will cover are: — supply and installation of internal/external/handrails/grab rails, — provision of ramped access to a property and railings, — supply and installation of showering facilities with the bath remaining in situ, — supply and installation of showering facilities to include removal of bath, making good to wall plaster, installation of or provision of stepped or level access shower trays for floor coverings, — conversion of other rooms into shower/WC rooms, — supply and installation of specialist kitchen facilities, — alterations to existing internal structure to improve access around the property (widening of door openings, etc.).
