Tender description

A comprehensive peer-to-peer mentoring programme across the creative industries, allowing for knowledge transfer between creative talent and an opportunity to increase chances of business growth by increasing ambitious ideas. The Combined Authority is looking to partner with a supplier as part of the ‘Creative Industries Opportunity Programme’ to deliver a mentoring programme for individuals looking to enter and progress in the creative and screen industries. The initiative will be aimed at inclusivity and will partner individuals from underrepresented backgrounds with successful mentors in the industries. The contracted supplier will be expected to undertake relevant background checks and oversee thorough processes to ensure the safeguarding of individuals is a priority. The contractor should have relevant sector networks, and be able to identify suitable mentors in businesses. The scheme will aim to engage 15 individuals per year across 3 years (45 individuals in total).
