SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EXTERNAL CLADDING TO A 19 BED HOMELESS TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION SCHEME, HARROGATE

Tender description

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified installer of external cladding for a 19 bed homeless temporary accommodation scheme at Spa Lane, Harrogate. To supply and install Euroclad Vieo aluminium cladding with 25mm RocSlab insulation as spec H31/120A and on drawings series 21. To supply and fit external OSB/3 board on 38x38mm tantalised softwood battens, on which the cladding will be fixed, as spec clause K11/485A and on drawings series 21. To supply and fit Euroclad Vieo external sheet with standing seams, on 25mm RocSlab insulation on 215mm Euroclad RocSlab insulation on Euroclad vapour barrier on plywood deck to structural engineers details – see drawing series 27. To supply an fit Vieo Steel Closure Flashing, Vieo ridge closer, Vieo sliding clip fixed point and filler and Apron flashing to rear roof – see drawing series 27. Price to include all materials, delivery/carriage charges and any hire charges in order to carry out the works details and shown on the drawings relating to cladding works. The colour of the Cladding to be RAL 7016. Harrogate Borough Council will provide the welfare facilities. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of any waste materials caused from their works. All works to comply with Building Control, LABC Specification and Contract Works Condition 1.
