Tender description

De Montfort University are looking to undertake the replacement of windows to the Portland Building - Phase 2 to Newarke Close Elevation. The works comprise of the replacement of the existing metal windows with double glazed powder coated windows to the sides and rear of the building including the courtyard area. Associated works include the external cleaning of concrete cills, decoration of existing external window lintols, fascias, waste pipes and rainwater goods. Internally, the removal, storage and re-fitting of blinds and the internal making good and decoration of window reveals, cills and heads. This is a 20-week programme & full details of the requirements are set out in the tender documents.
